Welcome to Right Hand Print and Apparel! We're thrilled to have you here. Before you dive into creating your custom screen-printed merchandise, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions outlined below:

• Order Placement: All orders are subject to acceptance by Right Hand Print and Apparel. By placing an order, you agree to all terms and conditions stated herein.
• Artwork Approval: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork submitted for printing is their original creation or that they have obtained the necessary permissions for its use. Right Hand Print and Apparel reserves the right to refuse any artwork deemed inappropriate or infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
• Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time is 10 Business days, starting from the date of artwork approval and payment receipt. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.
• Shipping and Delivery: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon. Right Hand Print and Apparel is not responsible for delays or damages incurred during transit, but we will work with you to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.
• Quality Assurance: We take pride in the quality of our work. However, minor variations in color, placement, and texture may occur due to the nature of screen printing. Such variations are considered normal and not grounds for order cancellation or refund.
• Cancellation and Refunds: Orders may be canceled within Right Hand Print and Apparel of order placement, subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this time frame or for custom-made products unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Customer Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact us within 5 Business days of receiving your merchandise, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
• Intellectual Property: Right Hand Print and Apparel retains the right to use images of completed orders for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
• Modification of Terms: Right Hand Print and Apparel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
